Current Lab Activity:
Kazi is currently working on developing an algorithm that can autodetect a part geometry and suggest which manufacturing method, i.e., subtractive, additive, or hybrid, would be most productive to make it.

Current Lab Activity:
Weijun is currently researching the development of a directed energy deposition process strategy to achieve target clad geometry and improve its productivity by implementing real-time energy & layer height control. The method of printing a complex structure part is being developed.
